Going green: a healthy snack


For an afternoon snack I made a little salad (baby leafs, pineapple, tomato and champigon with a dressing of white wine vinegar, soy sauce and sirup) and a green juice (spinach, pineapple, apple and cucumber). Inspired by raw food/vegan recepics and philosophy. It all tastes delicious - especially the juice. But the best part is that I feel great & healthy!
