Whenever it's possible, I buy organic products to help the environment and avoid any use of poisons, preservatives, colours etc. in my food and drinks.
To buy organic food I go to Natural House in Namba Parks. The shop sells things from daily food like pasta and rice to cosmetics. You can shop online too. Sometimes you can find things that you can't get other places.
The other day I went there and found bread made of rye. I have been looking for a shop, where I could buy this kind of bread, but the bakeries here in Osaka don't normally sell it.
I guess, that not many Japanese like the taste of rye (which I do understand...). Instead breads made of wheat are more popular (in Japan bread is often considered to be a snack or side dish).
I prefer the rye bread, because it is healthier and it does taste good, if you toast it.To buy organic food I go to Natural House in Namba Parks.
