The ingredients:
- soy milk
- cocoa powder
- 1 banana
- maple syrup
(- vanilla essence/extract)
(- ice cubes)
I can't tell how much you should use of soy milk, cocoa powder etc. Just try and taste. It all depends on how you want it.
When it comes me, I always put a lot of cocoa powder in the blender to really get the cocoa taste (what can I say? I am cocoa-lover...).
A good and healthy alternative to the normal cocoa drink.
