Soy milk in my smoothie

For a while I have been more aware of what I am putting into my body after have read articles/blogs about raw and vegan food.
What you are eating does not only affects your health but also the environment. In my opinion it is important to keep this in mind when we choose our food.
I am trying to live healthier by making some changes in my diet.
One of the things I want to do is to cut back on dairy products. However, it is easier said than done, since I like cheese and bread. But I have found out that you often can use soy milk as a replacement...

This morning I made a strawberry/blueberry smoothie using soy milk instead of cow milk. It may sound strange for somebody, but it tastes great. I did add some sirup to get a sweeter flavor though.

Soy milk is, however, not something you should drink all the time. Too much of it is not good for your body. Instead you can replace it with rice or almond milk, if you don't want to use cow milk.
